Pierre-Axel Siffon Tchen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pierre-Axel is currently working as an Operations Manager at Neighbourgood since October 2021. Before that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ecliips, a pan-African project management start-up focused on events management, digital marketing, and IT solutions. Pierre-Axel held this position from December 2017 until the present.

Prior to their role at Ecliips, Pierre-Axel worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Amway, a US-based company specializing in bio products. Pierre-Axel was responsible for selling these products and earned commissions from sales. Pierre-Axel held this role from December 2016 to February 2020.

Pierre-Axel also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Muvhin, a private transport provider offering monthly transportation solutions to English school and university students in Cape Town. Unfortunately, the business had to close after six months of operation due to a lack of sufficient students. This experience taught him important lessons about business management and risk assessment.

Additionally, Pierre-Axel worked as a Project Manager for Cap Caravane Gabon, where they organized a recreational event called "Aloha Lbv" in a natural resort near Libreville, Gabon. Pierre-Axel successfully managed the project from start to finish, although the profit was low. Pierre-Axel held this role from November 2014 to August 2015.

Before that, they worked as a Photographer at ANAGEISC Gabon from October 2014 to July 2015, and as a Summer Trainee at Integrated Petroleum Services (Gabon) in August and September 2012.
