Alison Gillespie is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with over 32 years of experience. Currently serving as a Loan Committee Member at NeighborWorks Boise since March 2013, Alison has held significant roles across various organizations, including Operations and Compliance at Evergreen Home Loans from April 2017 to October 2024. Alison has also contributed to the Idaho Mortgage Lenders Association as a Board Member, Immediate Past President, and Treasurer since 2005, serving as President from 2017 to 2020. Additional experience includes being a Mortgage Advisory Board Member for the Department of Finance in Idaho (2010-2021), Senior Vice President of Residential Real Estate at Idaho First Bank (2011-2017), and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Idaho Banking Company (2000-2011). Alison's educational background includes studies at Boise State University and the American School of Mortgage Banking.
