Tashi L. is a Development Associate at Neighborhood House since November 2024, previously serving as Development Operations Manager and Development Generalist at East Boston Social Centers from August 2022 to November 2024. Tashi has a strong background in fundraising support, database management, and event coordination, demonstrated through roles at Whittier Street Health Center and various organizations focused on social issues. Tashi's experience includes conducting grants-related research at the International Institute of New England and contributing to mental health initiatives at South Asian Workers Center. Tashi holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and Human Rights from UMass Boston.
