Jesse Lovrien is the current Director at NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE INC. They have also worked as a Senior Project Manager Land Development at Blockchains, LLC from September 2020 to February 2021. There, they provided management of master planning and development for Innovation Park, a 71,000-acre industrial park and smart city near Reno, Nevada.

Lovrien has a lot of experience in the industry and has worked autonomously with ambiguous goals to create an overall development strategy while driving internal and external teams to reach critical project milestones. They have also established and maintained strong relationships with local and regional governments including working with State Legislature on targeted land use revisions to modify county boundaries.

Lovrien is also experienced in evaluating infrastructure to determine the feasibility of building large scale industrial and commercial pads up to 3,000 acres. Projects they have evaluated include distribution and fulfillment centers, warehouses, data centers, regional solar and geothermal arrays, battery manufacturing, underground storage facilities, and 20,000 residential units. Furthermore, they have conducted due diligence, proactively identifying and mitigating risks in power, network fiber connectivity, water capacity, and environmental constraints including 1500 wild horses on site.

Additionally, Lovrien has conducted nation-wide market research on commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and residential markets to determine optimal product mix to meet market demand and valuation models to establish lease rates and sales prices. Jesse Lovrien has a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Portland State University. Jesse also has a certification from LinkedIn in Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict and a certification from LinkedIn in New Manager Foundations.
