Leona W. has a diverse work experience in the education field. Leona began their career in 2012 as an intern at Boston Collegiate Charter School. From there, they became a Student Support Teacher at the same school from October 2012 to June 2014. In 2013, Leona worked as a School Guidance Intern at Boston Day and Evening Academy, gaining valuable experience in counseling. Since July 2014, they have been employed at Neighborhood House Charter School, initially as a Guidance Counselor, and later transitioning to the role of Dean of Student Culture in an unspecified month of 2020.

Leona W. holds a Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Lesley University, which was obtained between the years 2012 and 2014.
