Alex Lippa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Communications Intern at Lowell All-Americans in 2010. Afterwards, they served as an Intern at Brown Brothers Harriman in 2010. They then worked as a Web Intern at CTNow.com, where they utilized social media resources and video editing tools to track breaking news in Connecticut.

In 2011, Alex served as a Reporter at Patch.com, covering town politics, crime, events, and sports. They also worked as a Reporter at The Eagle-Tribune, where they covered education, crime, and breaking news. During this time, Alex gained experience as a Freelance Reporter, conceiving story ideas and writing articles.
