Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Neighborhood Credit Union. Rachel Pigman, MPA began their education at Grace Fellowship Christian School from 1999 to 2003. Rachel then attended Oral Roberts University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising/Public Relations. Finally, they attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Nonprofit Management.
