Daniel McCormick currently serves as the Executive Director at Neighborhood Charter Schools since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel accumulated two decades of experience at the NYC Department of Education, holding various positions including Leadership Coach, School Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher and Instructional Coach from July 2003 to June 2023. Daniel's educational qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in School District Leadership from Hunter College, an Advanced Certificate in School Building Leadership from The College of Saint Rose, an Advanced Certificate in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented from Hunter College, a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Quinnipiac University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Quinnipiac University.
