Tampra Williams is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the public sector. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs since February 2024, Tampra previously held the position of Assistant Commissioner of Human Resources at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner from April to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development from September 2021 to April 2023, and Director of Human Capital at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs from November 2016 to September 2021. Additional roles include Training and Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resources Project Coordinator at NYC Human Resources Administration, as well as various positions within the same agency from June 2007 to November 2016. Tampra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from The College of New Rochelle.
