Josh Castle is a seasoned professional in development and community relations, currently serving as the Development Manager at Neighborcare Health since August 2024, specializing in donor management and cultivation. Previously, Josh was the Senior Director of Community Relations at YouthCare Seattle, contributing strategically as part of the Senior Leadership Team and successfully onboarding development staff. A significant portion of Josh's career was spent at the Low Income Housing Institute, where roles included Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement, contributing to the organization's growth and managing extensive community relations, as well as Advocacy and Volunteer Programs Manager with a focus on volunteer recruitment and training. Earlier experience includes organizing and supporting campaigns, managing transportation programs, and coordinating facilities operations across various companies. Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Washington and graduated from the Institute for a Democratic Future in 2010.
