Colton Gardner has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as State President of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) in 2009. Colton then founded Gardner Online Marketing, a freelance website design and online marketing business, in 2009. In 2014, they took on the role of In-country Support Intern at Elevate Global, followed by a role as Business Development Analyst at the Economic Development Corporation of Utah. From 2015-2016, they held the roles of Deal Consultant at United Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance Center Intern at Fidelity Investments, and Senior Associate at Sorenson Impact, where they conducted due diligence through industry and market research, business analysis, and financial forecasts on social enterprises in the U.S., Africa, and India. In 2016, they were a Private Equity Analyst at Cicero Group, and in 2017 they were a Co-Founder and VP of Community at Neighbor.

Colton Gardner attended the University of Utah from 2010 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance.
