Zaranique Watson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Shared Services and previously held roles including Director of HR Business Partnership & Special Projects and Interim Director of Learning & Development at Point32Health since May 2023. Zaranique is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast HR Association, which supports HR professionals in the Northeast through education and resources. With extensive experience in human capital management, Zaranique has held leadership positions at Income Research + Management, DotHouse Health, LifeStance Health, Steward Health Care, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Atrius Health, and South Bay Mental Health Center, developing HR strategies, enhancing organizational culture, and driving talent management initiatives throughout a robust career spanning nearly two decades. Zaranique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Regis College.
