Barry Gale serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston since April 2013, where the primary mission is to provide wholesale funding and liquidity to member financial institutions in New England. In addition, Barry holds the position of President on the Board of Directors for the Northeast HR Association since May 2023, leading the largest HR organization in the Northeast with over 2,400 members. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Thomson Reuters, Vice President of Human Resources at Thomson CompuMark, and various progressive HR positions at Thomson & Thomson, Thomson Reuters Markets Division, Citizens Financial Group, and Colonial Financial Group. Barry Gale earned a B.S. in Business Management from UMass Boston.
