Alexandre Diez Baumann is a seasoned professional in the energy and legal sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at FF Ventures since November 2015 and as a Board Member at NEGRATIN since July 2018. With extensive experience as a Partner at EJI Abogados López-Ibor Mayor, Alexandre specializes in advising companies on EPC contracts and energy project development. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Director at AMPERE ENERGY and Lightsource bp, as well as General Counsel and Secretary to the Board at Procom, Desarrollos Urbanos, S.A. Alexandre’s legal background encompasses competition law, contract negotiations in energy infrastructures, and mergers and acquisitions. Educational credentials include an Owner/President Management degree from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Competition Law and Laws from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the University of Geneva, respectively.
