Olivier De Guitaut has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Nefab Group, serving as Group EVP of Sustainability, Innovation and Portfolio, and President of Asia Pacific since November 1995. Under Olivier's oversight, Nefab Asia Pacific grew to 125 million USD with 1,200 employees across several countries, including China and India. Previously, Olivier held the position of Group EVP of Business Development, driving marketing and global key accounts for the 500 million USD Nefab Group. Additional roles included President of the Western Europe Region and Managing Director of Nefab France, contributing to substantial growth across various regions. Olivier's earlier career includes positions at Curt Ophtalmie and Airbus Helicopters, with a strong foundation in business management through education at INSEAD and Sciences Po.
