Lee Rabas is an experienced Physical Education Instructor with 26 years at Neenah Joint School District, currently teaching at Neenah High School's Conant Gym. In addition to teaching, Lee serves as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Neenah High School since June 2015 and is a longtime Executive Board Member of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association since 2004. Previous coaching experiences include being the Director of Athletics and Head Men's Basketball Coach at UW-Fox Valley, where the team achieved a remarkable 136-23 record over six seasons, as well as coaching roles at Lawrence University, Xavier High School, Neenah High School, and La Crosse Logan High School. Lee holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from UW-La Crosse.
