Stan Keely is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the water, wastewater, and solid waste sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since October 1995, Stan acts as a corporate technical resource and recently held the position of Vice President, Senior Engineer Manager, overseeing water and wastewater projects and providing support for solid waste initiatives in Florida. Prior to this, Stan served as the Deputy Director for Orange County Utilities from September 1983 to October 1995, managing the Capital Improvement Program for water, wastewater, and solid waste. Stan's earlier career includes a role as Vice President at Wells Engineers from September 1978 to August 1983. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa.
