Conor Mooney is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Needham & Company since October 2021, following a previous role as a Senior Investment Banking Analyst. Prior to this, Conor worked at TransRe from September 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included underwriting structured credit transactions and managing a $2 billion Global Mortgage Risk portfolio. Conor's experience also includes roles at XL Catlin as a Senior Credit Risk Underwriter and various analyst positions at organizations such as ED&F MAN Capital Markets Ltd and the Superior Court of New Jersey. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting and Finance from Fordham University, supplemented by minors in Law & Ethics and Economics.
