Kendra Jackson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer at Needed since October 2023, Kendra also holds positions as a Member Investor with the Georgetown Angel Investor Network and as a Portfolia Funds Investing Member, focusing on supporting women-led entrepreneurial companies. Previously, Kendra has excelled as Vice President of Customer Experience at The Flex Company, Director of Customer Experience at Dr. Squatch Soap Co., and Director of Player Support Experience at Riot Games. Kendra's earlier roles include Global Operations Manager at Qualtrics and various leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, where Kendra demonstrated expertise in enhancing customer engagement, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. Kendra holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M.
