Willem Eggink is an experienced Economisch beleidsadviseur at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the affordability, quality, and accessibility of healthcare in the Netherlands, establishing regulations for healthcare financing, and advising the Ministries of VWS and JenV. Prior to this role, Willem served as a Specialist Finance at Eiffel from November 2010 to July 2014, working on various projects such as financial controlling and advisory roles for major healthcare organizations. Earlier experience includes a position as an Adviseur Planning & Control at GGzE from 2009 to October 2010. Willem holds an Executive Master of Finance and Control from TIAS, a Master of Science in Financial Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Tilburg University, alongside a gymnasium diploma.
