Corine Meerman is a data analyst at Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) since October 2020. Previously, Corine held the position of PhD candidate in applied mathematics at Universiteit Leiden and Technische Universiteit Delft from October 2012 to March 2022, focusing on a dissertation titled "Morphodynamic equilibria in tidal inlet systems: sensitivity to geometrical variations." Corine has experience as a data scientist at PostNL, assistant consultant in actuarial services at Ernst & Young, and contributed to the educational landscape as a member of various boards, including the board of examiners at Leiden University and the educational committee. Corine served as president of the study association De Leidsche Flesch and was actively involved in the ultimate frisbee association Ultimus Prime. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Leiden University, a Master's in Mathematics from Uppsala University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Leiden University.
