Robbert Karkdijk currently serves as a Procesleider perron at NS since August 2024. With extensive experience in various roles, Karkdijk has been a Sports Referee for KNVB since April 2009. Previous positions include Emissie Technicus at TAUW Nederland, Operator at Ceves Vergeer, and Logistiek medewerker at Dutch Mirror Factory b.v. Karkdijk has also worked as an incoming goods and orderpicker at Bus Industrial Tools, a Medewerker at HANOS Internationale Horeca Groothandel, and an Operator at Vivera B.V., where responsibilities included instructing and supervising staff. Earlier in the career, Karkdijk served as a Monteur at Lugo zonwering, focusing on the installation and repair of shading solutions, and as a Procesoperator at Ten Cate Enbi, where duties included leading colleagues in the development of a new underlayer for artificial grass. Education was completed at ROC van Twente, attaining degrees in Leisure & Hospitality Host and Tourism from 2007 to 2013.
