Karlijn Bressers currently serves as Manager HRM Beleid at Nederlandse Spoorwegen since January 2018, after holding the position of Beleidsadviseur HRM. Prior to this, Karlijn Bressers worked as a Lawyer specializing in Labor Law at HVG Law from May 2015 to January 2018 and has extensive experience as an Advocaat at VDB Advocaten Notarissen, Van Iersel Luchtman, and Boskamp en Willems between 2002 and 2015. Karlijn Bressers obtained a degree from Radboud University (1996-2001) and completed VWO at Hertog Jan College (1989-1996). Currently, Karlijn Bressers is pursuing specialization in Labor Law at Grotius Academie since 2009.
