Tim Smeets has served as the Conservator Wooncultuur at Nederlands Openluchtmuseum since January 2019, contributing to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. Previously, Tim was a member of the steering committee for Erfgoed Jong!, an independent network aimed at connecting youth interested in heritage, from January to October 2019. Tim's experience includes roles such as Key Holder at Museum Van Loon from September 2013 to December 2018, and various positions at Stichting SOUK, Koninklijke Verzamelingen, and Museum het Schip between 2012 and 2016. Tim obtained education from the University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2010 and 2016.
