Jo-Ann van den Berg is an experienced project leader and program manager at the Nederlands Openluchtmuseum since June 2004, specializing in staff planning tools, the design and implementation of historic residences, and the development of new park areas. Notable projects include the creation of a reminiscence program for dementia patients and their caregivers in a 1960s-1970s styled home, along with responsibilities as a documentalist and secretary of the works council. Jo-Ann's prior roles include board member at the Nederlandse Museumvereniging, research-related positions at the Historisch Centrum Overijssel, and various roles focusing on documentation, data management, and public engagement in museums and libraries. Jo-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Services and Information Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
