Xoliswa Gundwana is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Executive HR for Nedbank's RBB Nedbank Integrated Channels and RBB COO since May 2021, Xoliswa's previous roles include Head HR at Nedbank MFC and various HR leadership positions within Nedbank from 2008 to 2021. Xoliswa also has a background with FNB South Africa as a Human Capital Consultant and started a career in recruitment with Old Mutual and Nadia Mason & Associates. Xoliswa holds a Bachelor of Administration (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape and a Management Development Program degree from GIBBS.
