George Kypragora is a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant with extensive experience in the IT industry, currently employed at NEDBANK since July 2000, where responsibility includes advising on technical matters, capacity and performance for Mainframe and AIX environments, and conducting performance tuning and architecture application design reviews. Prior roles include a Technical Consultant at Nedcor, contributing to technology reviews and project evaluations from 2000 to 2008, and serving as a DB2 Consultant at IBM South Africa from 1988 to 1999, providing support for mainframe DB2 clients. Earlier, George worked as a Systems Analyst at ESKOM from 1980 to 1988, designing systems for power stations and administrative functions. Education includes a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Africa, complemented by foundational studies at Witbank High School and Laniteon in Cyprus.
