Aphiwe Kilishe has significant experience in customer service and human resources, currently working as a Call Agent within Retail Business Banking at Nedbank's Contact Centre since June 2019. Prior to this role, Aphiwe served as a Human Resources Intern at 1st Call Group, where responsibilities included job advertising, application processing, and administrative support.
