Rutger van Faassen is an experienced Agile Coach currently supporting improvement processes at Nedap Livestock Management since March 2024. Throughout a diverse career, Rutger has held numerous roles such as Independent Consultant, Coach & Trainer at ACT-F since October 2022, and Co-Organizer for Agile Meetup Twente, a community with over 350 members. Previous positions include Agile Coach at Thales, Excellence Owner Agile at Bosch Thermotechniek, and multiple roles at Sogeti Netherlands, including Agile and DevOps Coach. Rutger has also contributed to rugby as a referee and educator at Rugby Nederland. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and further education from The Ohio State University.
