McKinley Padgett currently serves as a C-130J Loadmaster at Air National Guard, where diligence in pre-flight inspections has led to exceptional safety compliance. With experience as a Flight Engineer in the United States Air Force, McKinley is adept at aircraft weight computation and crew briefing. Additionally, McKinley has diverse experience in roles such as Business Development Representative, Leasing Agent, and Assistant General Manager at various companies. An Angelo State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, McKinley also holds an Associate of Science in Aviation Operations from the Community College of the Air Force.
