Vincent Tai started their work experience in 1999 as a Product Specialist at Spence Engineering Company, a division of Circor International. Vincent then worked as an Applications Engineer at MTI Instruments from 2002 to 2003. In 2004, they joined NECI as an Applications Engineer and also began working as an Inside Sales Engineer at Northeast Controls in the same year. Vincent Tai held the position of Inside Sales Engineer at Northeast Controls until December 2012.

Vincent Tai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Vincent further pursued their education at the same university and completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from 1996 to 1998.
