Seth Fales has had work experience in multiple companies. In 2016, they worked as a Marine Engineer at American Maritime Officers until February 2019. Seth then joined Ameresco as a Systems Technician in February 2019, and their employment ended in January 2020. From January 2020 to March 2022, they worked as an Account Manager at Millennium Power Services. Currently, they are working as an Application Engineer at NECI since March 2022.

Seth Fales completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy between the years 2012 and 2016.
