Percy M. Williams has a diverse work experience in project controlling and billing operations. From 2021 to the present, Percy worked as a Project Controller at NECI. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Percy worked as a Project Controller at RRC Companies, where they supervised a team of project accountants and facilitated the driving of $40MM in annual billing/revenue in the renewable energy industry. From 2015 to 2020, Percy worked at AECOM Technical Services (AEC Firm) in various roles, including Working Capital Supervisor for the Environmental Region and Billing Operations Supervisor for the West Region. In these roles, Percy supervised billing specialists, monitored billing metrics, and ensured compliance with billing procedures. From 2006 to 2013, Percy held the role of Sr. Project Accountant/Analyst at AECOM Technical Services, where they managed revenue, advised project managers, performed financial analysis, and supported project reviews.
Percy M. Williams pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree at California State University San Marcos from 2003 to 2004. After a break, they continued their education at the University of California, Riverside from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Certificate in Accounting.
