Grainne (Grace) Barron is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and digital media sectors. As CEO and Founder of Viddyad since 2013, Barron developed a pioneering video creation software that significantly reduced costs for businesses globally. Current roles include serving as Entrepreneur In Residence and Corporate Advisor at NEC Corporation, Member of the Governing Authority at the University of Limerick, and Advisor to Venture Capital Board at Venture Partners at CU Boulder. Additionally, Barron provides mentorship at the University of Colorado Boulder, participates as an Alchemist Fellow, and advises startups like Vitro3D. Previous positions include CEO of Foxframe Technology and Executive Director of The Yunus Movie Project. Barron holds multiple degrees, including a BS from Fordham University and an MBA from University College Dublin.
