Nobu Morita is a seasoned professional in innovation and business development, currently serving as the Director of Innovations at NEC X since October 2018, where responsibilities include designing and managing a startup acceleration program in collaboration with computer scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors. Nobu is also a Mentor at Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator and a Member of Sand Hill Angels. Prior experience encompasses the role of Business Development Manager at NEC Enterprise Communication Technologies, Inc. from April 2017 to October 2018, focusing on incubating AI startup projects, and serving as Product Manager for HYDRAstor data storage solutions at NEC Corporation of America from May 2011 to March 2017, where notable success was achieved in NEC's enterprise business in the U.S.
