Mark Hellums brings extensive experience in telecommunications and technical operations, having worked at NEC Corporation of America since September 1995 as a Technician-Master in West Field Operations, focusing on the installation and deployment of traditional and VOIP solutions, including applications for Unified Messaging, Collaboration, and Call Center support. Previously held positions include Senior Technician at NEC and Gulf States Regional Manager at Active Voice, as well as Field Service Manager at NEC Unified Solutions. Mark has a foundational education from Texas State University, attended in 1987-1988.
