Steve Kiene serves as the CEO of Ocuvera since September 2014, leading the development of a solution that utilizes 3D computer vision and machine learning to reduce patient falls in care settings. Since March 2010, Kiene has been a Board Member and Managing Principal at Nebraska Global, and has served on the Board of TeamMates Mentoring Program since September 2012. Kiene also holds the role of Executive Director at the Kiene Family Foundation, focused on improving the lives of underprivileged and at-risk children in Nebraska. Previous positions include Board Member roles at NET Foundation for Television and Radio and Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management, along with an Adjunct Instructor position at the latter, providing industry insights to students. Kiene's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Internap, LittleBigEndian, eSellerate, and MindVision Software. Education is marked by practical life experience rather than traditional schooling.
