Christopher Laverty has a diverse background in various technical roles. Christopher started their career as a Technical Associate at Circuit City from 2005 to 2006. In 2008, they returned to Circuit City in the same role for a short period. In 2010, they worked as a Systems Administrator Intern at GoToForms. In 2011, they joined The Neat Company, where they initially served as Tier 3 Technical Support until 2013 when they became a Technical Team Lead. From 2014 onwards, they held multiple roles at The Neat Company, including Social Media Manager, Technical Content Manager, NetSuite CRM Admin and Developer, and WordPress Designer and Developer. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Web Designer and Developer at Positive Reality, LLC.

Christopher Laverty attended The Pennsylvania State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information, Sciences, and Technology.
