Molly Graves is the Co-Founder of Neat Method. Molly has been in the education field for over 10 years. Molly started their career as a Kindergarten teacher in District 45. Molly then went on to CPS where they organized curriculum for 28 student Kindergarten Class. During their time at CPS, they lead the teachers in the movement to use classroom websites and collaborated on a three person team to create the school yearbook. Molly was then selected to mentor teacher candidates in their student teacher experience. In their current position as Co-Founder of Neat Method, Molly is using their knowledge and experience in education to help others achieve success.

Molly Graves holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Miami University.

Molly Graves reports to Ashley Murphy, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Chelsea Thomas - Director of Social Media, Katie Koentje - West Regional Director & Owner, NEAT Method San Diego, and Valerie Wood - Director of Technical Operations.
