Kausthub Krishnamurthy is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Nearmap since November 2022, previously holding the same title at Max Kelsen from August 2021 to October 2022, where leadership of the machine learning team was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Computer Vision & Robotics Engineer at Mission Systems Pty Ltd, where implementation of machine learning models for real-time challenges in defence and aerospace occurred, and positions at Dyson and ResMed as a Design Engineer and Graduate Mechatronic Engineer, respectively. Kausthub began professional experience in mechatronics through internships at Apex Automation & Robotics in electronics, actuation, and process development. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Vision, Robotics, and Machine Learning from the University of Surrey, along with dual Bachelor's Degrees in Mechatronics and Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
