Caleb Cass, PE, is a seasoned professional in engineering and customer success, currently serving as Customer Success Manager at Neara since September 2024. Prior to this role, Caleb held various significant positions at Firmatek from August 2010 to September 2024, including Senior Vice President of Engineering & Solid Waste, Vice President of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Project Engineer, with expertise in LiDAR mapping, geomatics, laser scanning, topographic surveying, 3D modeling, and drone operations under Part 107. Earlier in Caleb's career, from January 2006 to August 2010, positions at Brown and Caldwell included Engineer I, focusing on water and wastewater systems, conveyance, treatment, pumping, water wells, pipelines, and hydraulic modeling. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned in 2007.
