David Miller is a seasoned professional in the electrical industry with extensive experience in field operations and leadership roles. Since October 2018, David serves as Vice President of Field Operations at Neal Electric Corp. and has held the position of Superintendent at IBEW Local 569 since February 2019. Prior to these roles, David worked at Bergelectric from June 2002 to October 2018, advancing through various positions including Director of Field Operations-San Diego and General Superintendent. David also contributed to the Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Directors from January 2016 to October 2018.
