Tashara Cronshaw, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMQ

Tashara Cronshaw has over 20 years of work experience, specializing in human resources. Tashara started their career in 1999 as an Executive Assistant at Acterna. In 2001, they moved on to Tempus Enterprise, Inc. where they served as a Human Resources Manager for over a decade. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Clare Controls. Since 2013, Tashara has been working at Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc., where they currently hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources.

Tashara Cronshaw, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMQ, has an extensive education history. In 2012-2015, they attended Eckerd College and obtained a degree in Organizational Studies. Prior to that, in 2007, they received a certification in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University. In 1999-2000, Tashara pursued business studies at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota. Additionally, from 1996 to 1998, they studied Business Administration and Management at the University of New Hampshire.

Tashara has also obtained multiple certifications to enhance their professional skills. Tashara obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in May 2014. In January 2015, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Additionally, Tashara obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in May 2022. Tashara has also completed various workshops and courses, including "Dealing with Microaggression as an Employee" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Leading in Project Management Workshop Badge" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in April 2022, and "Communicating in the Language of Leadership" and "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing" from LinkedIn in January 2022. Furthermore, they hold a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, earned in May 2021.
