Gary Gilardi currently serves as the State Coordinator for the Teacher Leadership Institute at NEA, a position held since September 2013. Additionally, Gary holds the title of Education Research and Policy Specialist at the Massachusetts Teachers Association, a role undertaken since December 2011. Educational qualifications include a CAGS in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services obtained from Bridgewater State University between 1993 and 1995, and prior studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1969 to 1972.
