Bianca Singh is a Senior Policy Analyst at the National Endowment for the Arts, responsible for leading policy and implementation related to federal grants and regulations since 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy Analyst at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, where expertise in higher education policy was developed, and as a Policy and Program Studies Analyst Fellow at the U.S. Department of Education, where data analysis on education policy initiatives was conducted. Bianca's earlier roles involved contributions to development efforts at RAINN and various internships with the Democratic Party of Oregon and the Democratic National Committee, focusing on fundraising and constituent engagement. Bianca holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, and Spanish from the University of Portland.
