Brenda Wyland is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and economic development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at NDSU Research & Technology Park since September 2023, Brenda previously held multiple roles at Appareo Systems since October 2013, including Vice President of Strategy and Vice President of Government & Defense, where focus has been on strategic direction, government partnerships, and the growth of technology solutions for various sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Interim Executive Director at NDSU Research & Technology Park and Economic Development Director at SECOG. Education credentials include an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University.
