Leanne Mezrani is an accomplished content strategy director currently serving at the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission since December 2023. Prior to this role, Leanne held positions including Content Design Lead at the NSW Department of Customer Service, Manager of Content Design and Delivery at the NSW Education Standards Authority, and Managing Consultant at Deloitte Digital, where expertise was provided in content and user experience for various sectors. Leanne's background also includes significant editorial roles at reputable media outlets such as Lawyers Weekly and IT B2B publications, as well as earlier editorial experiences in craft and food writing. Leanne holds degrees in User Experience Design, Graduate Journalism, and Economics (Social Science) from RMIT University, the University of Technology Sydney, and the University of Sydney, respectively.
