Joshua Prince, CPA, MST, serves as a Tax Partner at Prosperity Partners since January 2024. Previously, Joshua held various roles, including Partner, Senior Manager, and Manager at MichaelSilver from November 2017 to January 2024, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and flow-through entities. Earlier experience includes positions as Tax Manager, Tax Supervisor, and Tax Senior Associate at RSM US LLP from July 2013 to October 2017, and as a Tax Associate at PwC from January 2011 to July 2013, providing tax compliance and consulting services. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
