Jeff Aguy is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and community development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of 2043 Corp since January 2020, Aguy focuses on economic mobility through public-private-philanthropic partnerships. Additionally, Aguy is an Equity Partner at NCXT and previously held the role of 2nd Vice President at NAACP Minneapolis, where responsibilities included operations and corporate partnerships. As the Chief Co-Founder and Chairman of Let's Bridge The Gap, Aguy worked to inspire actionable change in urban and black communities. Past roles also include CEO of M.A. Bridges and LifeCore Director of Student Teams at Oakwood University. Aguy holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Andrews University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Oakwood University.
