Karen Bishi is a seasoned Director, Coach, and Consultant with a strong focus on governance, leadership, and advocacy, particularly within the not-for-profit sector. Currently leading Karen Bishi Coaching and Consultancy since January 2018, Karen specializes in bespoke coaching for women and non-binary individuals, helping clients gain clarity and achieve their life goals. As a Governance and Leadership Associate Consultant for NCVO, Karen supports not-for-profit organizations to enhance governance and promote diversity and inclusion. Previous roles include Director and Trustee at Youth Access, where Karen oversaw strategic direction and governance, and Head of Talent Development at the National Union of Students (UK), focusing on Equality Diversity and Inclusion. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Northampton.
